Growing up in the world of Christian education, Rachel's journey began at a Christian school and continued through her university years.
Her professional path has been wonderfully diverse, allowing her to explore a range of fields and roles.
From teaching preschool to serving as a licensed healthcare risk manager, her experiences have been both broad and enriching. She also worked in the legal field and dedicated 15 years to government service as the Chief Deputy of Administration for an elected official.
She recently earned her for PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification, a milestone that represents the culmination of her varied experiences and dedication to continuous learning.
Family is at the heart of everything she does, and being a mother of one daughter and four stepsons has been the most rewarding aspect of her life.

In her personal time, she enjoys walking and lifting weights with her husband, a retired Marine aviator. As a marathon runner and two-time Ironman finisher, she embraces challenges and pushes her limits both personally and professionally.
